Write Away Guarantee:

Our Write Away customers are very important to us and we want you to be happy with your order and the service you receive. Our products are truly "you-nique" - each product is designed to your specifications. Please take note of the following items regarding our products:

• Because each Write Away product is designed per the individual order, products may appear slightly different due to graphic, length of personalization, font style, and/or font color chosen.
• All computer monitors display colors differently. The actual product colors and ink tints may vary from that which is displayed on your screen.
• Please verify all information before submitting your order. Check all spelling and address information carefully. Write Away cannot be held responsible for spelling errors or grammar mistakes. All orders will be printed as submitted, including quotation marks, abbreviations, or other marks, do not include marks unless you want them to appear on the completed product.

• Our shopping cart is fully secure.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express using industry standard encryption, through Authorize.net.
• For security purposes, we do not store your credit card information after your order has been completed. To make another purchase, you will need to resubmit your credit card information. Your credit card security is important to us.
• Ordering is quick and simple. You will get a printable receipt and an email confirmation.  Though our site is secure, if you would prefer to fax in your order with credit card payment, select the "Fax?" icon on the home page of our web site.
• After submitting your order, if you find you've made a mistake or need to make a change, please contact the Write Away office immediately and we will try to make your change. The fee to change an order prior to print is $10. If your order has already gone into production, there may be an additional charge for reprinting or altering your order.
• Please use the Special Instructions box on each order page to alert our production staff to any specific instruction requirements. Our graphic designers create each product based on graphic, font, and length of personalization. If you require a specific graphic placement, please specify this in the Special Instructions box.

• Each product we offer is "you-niquely" personalized. Please understand that cancellation fees or charges for reprinting may apply for any orders that are cancelled or revised after they have been placed.

• Personalized products are non-refundable.
• We make every effort to avoid printing errors, however, they do happen. If any item is misprinted through no fault of your own, we will gladly and quickly issue a replacement product. Please notify your sales associate or the Write Away office within 14 days of receipt.
• In the event of a damaged or defective order, we will happily reprint your order at no additional charge. Write Away or your local sales associate must be notified immediately. The damaged merchandise, including damaged packaging, must be returned within two weeks and before a new order will be re-shipped. Write Away is not responsible for orders lost in shipping.
• · Non-personalized items may be returned for a refund if within 30 days of the original shipping date. The item must be in the original packaging, original box, and have the original invoice included for proper credit. Personalized products can not be returned for refund.

• Write Away will ship anywhere in the continental United States.
• All quoted shipping and handling rates apply to US orders only, please call or email the Write Away office if you require international shipping.
• Your order will be shipped via reputable carriers only, including UPS and the USPS. Express delivery is available for an additional fee.
• Shipping and handling will be added to the total of your order. The following chart will be the shipping and handling charges for orders shipped by UPS ground and USPS first class or priority mail:

up to $22.00	$6.00
$22.01 - $45	$8.00
$45.01 - $65	$10.00
Above $65	$12.00

• Local Minneapolis/St. Paul orders not shipped are charged a $3.00 handling fee.
• An email or phone notification will be made when your order has left our office. Orders shipped by UPS, may be tracked within 24 hours of email notification, using the UPS website www.ups.com and the provided tracking number. If your tracking information does not appear immediately on the carrier's website, please check back periodically for updated information.
• UPS cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery by UPS.
• We will gladly ship gift orders to multiple addresses and include a gift card. Please indicate gift card personalization in the Special Instructions box. Shipping and handling charges will apply to each shipping address.
• Generally, our turnaround time for our "you-niquely" personalized products is 3-4 weeks. Should you require a quicker turnaround, please use the rush option.
• Rush orders are shipped from the Write Away home office within 5 business days of receipt. Rush items will ship separately from any other non-rush items on the order.
• We reserve the right to discontinue rush service during high-volume order time.

• The Minnesota tax rate of 7.00% should be charged on any ordered shipped to a Minnesota address.

• Write Away graphics are exclusive hand-drawn graphics by our own artists.
• All Write Away graphics and products are the property of Write Away. The graphics are copyrighted and may not be reproduced in any form without the written consent of Write Away.

• Write Away reserves the right to make changes, at any time, to products and graphics.
• writeaway.com's content and services are provided "as is" without a warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
