Cancellations & Returns

Each product we offer is “you-niquely” personalized. Please understand that cancellation fees or charges for reprinting may apply for any orders that are cancelled or revised after they have been placed.


  • Personalized products are non-refundable.
  • We make every effort to avoid printing errors, however, they do happen. If any item is misprinted through no fault of your own, we will gladly and quickly issue a replacement product. Please notify your sales associate or the Write Away office within 14 days of receipt.
  • In the event of a damaged or defective order, we will happily reprint your order at no additional charge. Write Away or your local sales associate must be notified immediately. The damaged merchandise, including damaged packaging, must be returned within two weeks and before a new order will be re-shipped. Write Away is not responsible for orders lost in shipping.
  • Non-personalized items may be returned for a refund if within 30 days of the original shipping date. The item must be in the original packaging, original box, and have the original invoice included for proper credit. Personalized products can not be returned for refund.
